Delivery Timelines: You may order or pre-order cakes at Succulence. Delivery attempt is made in the timelines that you opt for. Most cakes are delivered within Kharghar within 3 working hours, and within Navi Mumbai within working 5 hours. Customized cakes may take additional time, and hence we request only pre-orders.

Returns: All our products are made to order and they are made to be consumed the same day. We do not accept or process returns.

Cancellations and Refunds: In any unforeseen situation, if you must cancel the order – please do so up to 2 days before the delivery date, and avail 90% refund (10% towards processing and/or gateway charges are immediately deducted upon placing an order).
We are unable to accept any cancellation request for less than 24 hours to delivery time.
At Succulence, we bake with minimal or no use of colors, setting agents, gels or fondant. We do not cover the cakes in fondant/sugar paste. To meet aesthetic needs, sometimes we use accents, edible prints and flowers which are also removable and need not be consumed, if you so desire.
Just so that you can avail the best of our efforts, please select the cake for the ingredients and flavor and not just for the appearance. Please feel free to see our catalogue on our website, social media and food aggregators’ website. We bake fresh, hygienic and egg-less cakes and other products. We do not define ourselves as mere the cake artists. We do try our best to finish a cake closer to your expectations, however, we are unable to assure you of creating a replica. We do not offer any refunds or undertake rework for issues regarding cake decoration.
In case of any dissatisfaction with our product quality, we would invite the feedback the same day. We will be happy to bake a new cake or extend a credit for your next purchase of an amount up to 25% of the selling price of the dis-satisfactory product.
